Do you accept walk-ins, or is an appointment required?
We kindly ask that all guests book appointments so we can provide the best possible service. Same-day appointments may be available, so give us a call — we’d love to see if we can fit you in! If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to help.
How can I book an appointment?
Booking an appointment at Canvas Hair Studio is easy! You can schedule online through our website, or give us a call at the salon — we’re happy to help find a time that works for you. Please note that appointments are required to ensure we can provide the best service possible, though same-day appointments may be available, so don’t hesitate to call!
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we request at least 48 hours notice for any adjustments and cancellations for your appointment. A card is required to hold appointments that include any haircut, color, smoothing, or hair extension service. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.
Do you require a deposit for appointments?
While we do not require a deposit to schedule an appointment, we do require a card on file to secure your booking. This ensures a seamless scheduling process and helps us maintain availability for all clients while protecting our stylists' time. Rest assured, your card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Can I bring my kids or friends to my appointment?
We recommend bringing only those with scheduled services to ensure a calm and relaxing experience for all guests. If you need to bring your child, please let us know in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes! We offer gift cards that can be purchased in the salon, or you can choose an e-gift card to receive instantly. If you have any questions or need help with your purchase, just give us a call — we’re happy to assist!
